Full Journal pdf2005-05-10 House Journal Page 1940 HB 279 A message dated May 10, 2005, was read stating the Senate has passed CSHB 279(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 279(FIN) "An Act relating to encroachments in the right-of-way of a highway." HB 279 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to consider the Senate message. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 279(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 279(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 279(FIN)?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 279(FIN) Concur YEAS: 36 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 4 Yeas: Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dahlstrom, Elkins, Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Holm, Joule, Kapsner, Kelly, Kerttula, Kohring, Kott, LeDoux, Lynn, McGuire, Meyer, Moses, Neuman, Ramras, Rokeberg, Salmon, Samuels, Stoltze, Thomas, Wilson Absent: Anderson, Olson, Seaton, Weyhrauch And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment, thus adopting SCS CSHB 279(FIN). 2005-05-10 House Journal Page 1941 The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 279(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
